Is a licensed PT/PTA in a state, district, or territory of the US and per board review, has requirements for licensure equal to or higher than CA and has passed an exam comparable to CA's -Graduate of a board approved PT/PTA program -Whose application meets all the requirements -Whose application is based on a certificate issued by a physical therapy licensing authority in another state and needs to file a statement of past work activity -An applicant that has filed an application and upon receiving notification may work as a PTLA/PTALA under the supervision of a licensed PT in this state.
